TERMS OF SERVICE

1. LICENSE TO USE

RexaKit provides a suite of 13+ web-based productivity tools, utilities, and games — including Todo, Quick Note, Expense Tracker, Decision Matrix, Age Calculator, Currency Converter, PDF Lab, Images Lab, Movie Hub, Infinity Canvas, Link Vault, Trading Journal, and Media Grab — all for personal, non-commercial use. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website.

You must not:

• Republish material from RexaKit without attribution.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from RexaKit.
• Reverse engineer the Service's client-side code for competitive purposes.
• Malicious Use: Use the website for any malicious purpose, including distributing malware or conducting DoS attacks.

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Rexa Suite makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included.

We do not guarantee that the tools (e.g., Age Calculator, Currency Converter, Trading Journal analytics, Decision Matrix outputs) will be 100% accurate at all times, especially given their reliance on client-side time, external API rates, and user-provided data.

3. REXAVAULT & BACKUP SERVICES

RexaKit provides an optional backup and synchronization feature ("RexaVault") allowing you to sync your local data (from Todo, Quick Note, Expense Tracker, Decision Matrix, Movie Hub, Infinity Canvas, Link Vault, Trading Journal, PDF Lab, and workspace layout) with your personal Google Drive account:

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and the backups saved on your Google Drive. We are not responsible for any data loss, file deletion, or unauthorized access to your Google account or backups.
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Google Drive synchronization will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible at all times due to dependence on third-party APIs (Google Identity and Drive APIs) and client-side browser environments.
• Data Sovereignty: You retain full ownership and control of your backup data. You can revoke RexaKit's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Security settings or disconnect your account directly through the RexaVault dashboard.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "retro-modern" design, logo, code features, and original graphics are the intellectual property of Rexa Suite (Pranav). Unauthorized cloning or theft of the unique visual identity is prohibited.

5. EXTERNAL LINKS

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (e.g., GitHub, Social Media) that are not owned or controlled by Rexa Suite. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites.

6. CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
