RULES OF ENGAGEMENT // READ BEFORE EXECUTING

By accessing or using RexaKit ("the Service") — including all 13+ tools, RexaVault backup system, Blog, and utilities — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. LICENSE TO USE

RexaKit provides a suite of 13+ web-based productivity tools and utilities — including QR Studio, PDF Lab, Expense Tracker, Age Calculator, Currency Converter, Markdown Studio, Decision Matrix, Dev Canvas, Images Lab, Link Vault, Quick Note, Todo, Trading Journal, and Year Planner — all for personal, non-commercial use. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website.

You must not:

Republish material from RexaKit without attribution.
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from RexaKit.
Reverse engineer the Service's client-side code for competitive purposes.
Malicious Use: Use the website for any malicious purpose, including distributing malware or conducting DoS attacks.

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RexaKit makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included.

We do not guarantee that the tools (e.g., Age Calculator, Currency Converter, Trading Journal analytics, Decision Matrix outputs) will be 100% accurate at all times, especially given their reliance on client-side time, external API rates, and user-provided inputs.

3. REXAVAULT & BACKUP SERVICES

RexaKit provides an optional backup and synchronization feature ("RexaVault") allowing you to sync your local data with your personal Google Drive account:

User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and the backups saved on your Google Drive. We are not responsible for any data loss, file deletion, or unauthorized access to your account.
Data Sovereignty: You retain full ownership and control of your backup data. You can disconnect your Google Drive or wipe your backups at any time.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "retro-modern" design, logo, code features, and original graphics are the intellectual property of RexaKit (Pranav). Unauthorized cloning or theft of the unique visual identity is prohibited.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
